Great customer service by the office staff. Looked at an apartment, applied, and was approved within an hour. It was an effortless process and I was treated like a resident and not like they were just trying to make a sale to get my money. Of all the apartments I toured in West Des Moines, by far the best maintained and best customer service. I can't wait to move in!
